Midwest Video Solutions makes every effort to be alerted of any issues regarding services provided before receiving that first phone call from a member. In order to do this, MVS has installed IneoQuest monitoring throughout the network that monitors the signal from the Headend and throughout the transport network. These devices, along with software that MVS has access to, provides alarms via e mail notification and audio alerts of any outage received by the 24/7 NOC facility.
MVS’s newly upgraded transcoding equipment also is equipped with All Seeing Eye software that is utilized in our Headend that produces a current visual picture of all channels. This allows personnel to visually view both ingress and egress signals.
